Folplast Collation Shrink Films

One of the most common uses of polyethylene packaging materials is for shrink films. Upon the effect of the heat input, the film softens and shrinks; then the material that has been cooled down as quickly as possible provides good holding strength both crosswise and longitudinally for the product. Our products can equally be used on manual and mechanical packaging lines or on lines with a heat tunnel.

We also undertake the production of the so-called “non-fusion” film that does not stick together after shrinking. The point is that by forming a packing unit from the products packed in shrink wrap (multipack) and then packing it again in shrink wrap, the two films do not stick to each other following (re)shrinking.

It is also possible to order Collation Shrink Film rolls with 8 mm macro perforation
