About Us
The quality policy of Folplast Kft.
Our company is certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 quality management and ISO 14001:2005 environment management systems standards.
Our operators continuously check the width and thickness of rolled products as well as the quality of the surface treatment. In case of custom packaging products, beyond the main dimensions of the products, we check the welding quality and the ease of opening up the product.
With our modern 3-layer machines, we are able to manufacture certain products even with less than 2% 2σ thickness tolerance and with a width tolerance of ±1 mm (without edging). Our goal is that – following the customers’ individual requirements – you only receive excellent quality and perfect products from us.
In addition to the work-in-progress control required by the quality management system we are able to perform other quality control measurements, such as:
Du Pont puncture resistance- Tensile strength
- Breaking elongation
- Shrinkage
- Friction coefficient
- DuPont puncture resistance
