Folplast Poly Bags

Our company produces and keeps on stock large quantities of poly bags of a different type and execution, mainly for wholesale and retail shops, food shops and bakeries.

The advantage of these bags is that the diverse packaging form and thickness not only ensure food industrial use but it also is suitable for storing machinery parts, instruction manuals, documentations or bunched bank notes by banks and financial institutions.

From our bags we offer the thin, embossed, blocked types made of HDPE raw material, which is blocked and is tearable at the perforation providing a cost-efficient solution for the food and other wholesale and retail shops.

Similarly to the shopping bags the application of the environmentally friendly biodegrading additive (d₂w™) s also possible. The “Environmentally friendly packaging” ecolabel can be applied on these bags (see figure). Our company has obtained the right from the Environment Products Non-profit Kft. (professional supervision exercised by the Ministry of Rural Development) to use the ecolabel trademark.

By adding a special additive (d₂w™), our bags become biodegradable and can be composted. These products bear the trademark “Environment friendly packaging” (see figure).

Macroperforated bags: it is possible to order macro perforated bags. These products are punched with 6 mm holes; the arrangement and number of the holes are according to your requirements.

ESD Poly Bags

our company manufactures polyethylene based bags especially for the packaging of electronic products, panels and other ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive products. The typical surface resistance of these products is ~10¹⁰-10¹¹ Ω, the discharge time is ~0.2-1 sec (~5kV). These products bear the ESD marking as per the figure.

Note: Materials with ESD additives should not be used for storing foodstuff!
